Oven for Firing Titanium-Ceramics TiKROM for OROTIG

TiKROM for Orotig is a new-generation oven for firing dental ceramics. Its programmin parameters and its 100 "open" programs (i.e. possibility to change all working parameters) as well as the status of each phase during the whole firing process are managed by means of advanced micro-processing technology which assures best performance and reliability.

The vertically located muffle is made out of long-lasting and high-quality ceramic fibers, coated by a quartz tube to easily assure the most homogeneous and uniform heating or cooling inside the firing chamber, the basic protection of the latter from contaminating oxides and to get highest esthetic quality of any titanium-prosthesis constantly.

TiKROM for Orotig is an oven specially designed for low-fusing type porcelains and perfect for those specifically devised for titanium-veneering, such as the TiKrom®.
To assure the highest precision when firing those esthetic masses, in fact, the oven's calibration curve has been adjusted to 700-800 °C.

TiKROM for Orotig has a wide alphanumeric graphic-type display to read all information, messages, and managing data, by choice, in five different languages. Data input is simple and easy; the programming is quite versatile featuring possibility to change or cancel any parameter any time during the progress of any firing cycle.
There is no need of back-up batteries to store indefinitely the programs. Full protection against power failures, voltage fluctuations and working temperature is provided by the integrated controlling system.
