The compact LASER-welder with the highest performance

A LASER-welding equipment that, weighting only 50 kg and with reduced overall size, can be easily installed in any free space inside the lab/shop and, by means of a special support, it can be even hang on a wall so exploiting even better any provided room. • Modular-structured selection for the most suited output-power, from 80 to 100 Joules. • Possibility to weld very efficiently in very short period of time, e.g. 1 – 1.5 milliseconds, so avoiding reheating the welding area and making easier to keep in precision. • Frequency of repeating the LASER- pulse shooting from 0.5 to 10 Hz. • The technology used to build its third-generation inverter-type generator allowed to make even more compact the electronics, getting better at the same time performances and its energy efficiency; in few words, we have built a very convenient, small in size, powerful and low-maintenance equipment.
What we provide as standard now includes whatsoever was provided as optional before: • The stereomicroscope by Leica • The graphic-type/LED display for reading working parameters • The external membrane keyboard and the joystick inside the welding-chamber for handling working parameters • The inert shielding-gas flowing thru two nozzles • The dimmer for adjusting the intensity of light inside the welding-chamber • The flow-regulator for the inert shielding-gas • Up-to 100 memory-cells for storing sets of working parameters permanently • The smoke/gas exhausting system with filter • The removable bottom-trayibile
Main advantages:

• Ergonomic and easy to install in any place inside the lab/shop; it can hang on the wall by means of an optional supportor it can be place over any working bench. • Very powerful and modular-structured: the 80 – 100 J range of pulse-power satisfies most of actual welding needs. • Very high working duty-cycle: up to 60% without the need of external chiller.
